Rather than stressors taking you out of the game with anxiety, headaches, and exhaustion, you can learn to maintain your peace, energy and health in the face of life’s stressors. When you master these tools, research also shows your sleep and several measures of health and well-being improve. You also become a more creative problem-solver. DISCUSS GOALS At the beginning of each appointment, as we prepare you for your Neurofeedback session, you will evaluate your progress for each of the goals you've set for yourself. 1 HEART RATE VARIABILITY TRAINING Next, you will do some Biofeedback to help your brain transition into a peak learning state to achieve optimal results from your Neurofeedback session. HRV also teaches your brain to be calm and resilient to stress. 2 NEUROFEEDBACK

We make brain training fun! LORETA Z-Score Neurofeedback involves watching a movie or playing a game to train your brain to improve in challenged areas. The feedback provides rewards which motivate your brain to change. 3
