You are in a private, dimly lit room on a warmed massage bed. If you have FSM assisted massage we will either use warm, wet towels under your neck and feet and/or a small pad under your low back to deliver the frequencies.

We make brain training fun! LORETA Z-Score Neurofeedback involves watching a movie or playing a game to train your brain to improve in challenged areas. The feedback provides rewards which motivate your brain to change.

As the session closes, you will be asked to rate yourself on measures of wakefulness, calmness, and focus. This helps you become more aware of your mental, emotional, and physical states so that you learn to self-regulate.
